Sometimes it’ll count the two biotic attacks, and other times it won’t. The tracking on this can be very annoying at times. You should start working on Tactican right away. You’ll gain bonuses in ME 2 and it is needed for the Long Service Medal Trophy/Achievement from the Legendary Edition list.
